Saat seorang ibu menghadapi cobaan terberatnya, mungkin saat dihadapkan pada kondisi anak yang istimewa, melebihi penghianatan sakitnya.
Kejutan demi kejutan seiring dengan diagnosa yang susul menyusul.
Tapi manusia bisa apa?
Allah sudah menuliskan takdir setiap manusia, dan takdir itu bisa berubah seiring dengan do'a dan usaha.
Bukankah Allah adalah apa yang kita sangkakan?
Berprasangka baik maka hasil baik pula yang kita tuai.
Walau bagaimana pun hati tetap hati yang pasti berasa hancur saat tau kondisi anak yang berbeda.
Hati manusia bukan terbuat dari baja yang tahan banting saat dilempar, hanya segumpal darah beku yang mudah hancur.
Kuat lah Bu, berjuang lah bersama anak mu.

cabe merah keriting,kalau bisa dijemur kering

terasi bakar
lengkuas dikiiiiit
ebi alias udang kering
serai

semua bahan tersebut dihaluskan
tumis bahan tersebut,sampai nyemek - nyemek( opo boso Indonesiane?) masuk garem,gula pasir,air asem jawa dan daun jeruk purut yang dibuang tulang daunya..aduk rata..sampai terlihat kental ..sisihkan..
paste ini sedap buat tomyam,nasi goreng tomyam,bihun goreng tomyam,bumbu seafood bakar,seafood kukus..kwetiaw tomyam dan mie goreng..isi tomyam selain seafood bisa juga ayam tapi lebih enak seafood..dan paste tomyam tahan dua minggu

Kupas kulit udang dan rebus kulit udang dan kepala udang sampai mendidih masuk bawang merah cincang,bawang putih cincang.
masuk paste tomyam,masuk serai geprek,lengkuas geprek,ayam( kalau make ayam)saya pake leher udang dan tahu,putren( jagung muda),wortel saya nggak ada stock sayur jadi skip sayur..bila sudah mendidih masuk mie keriting atau mie telur..bisa juga pake bihun atau kwetiaw...masuk seafood bisa udang,cumi,garam,gula,daun jeruk purut biarkan mendidih,masuk air peresan jeruk nipis,cabe rawit geprek.aduk rata biarkan semenit cicipi...
kasih taburan daun ketumbar kalau nggak ada bisa daun seledri dan bawang goreng
